About First Class FAcilities
Local People, Clean Solutions, First-Class Care
Whether we’re setting up portable toilet rentals for a wedding in Cowichan Valley, pumping out an RV in Victoria, or helping a small restaurant in Nanaimo with a grease trap clean, our team shows up with kindness, honesty, and genuine pride in what we do.
Because for us, this work isn’t just about equipment.
It’s about people feeling looked after.
We’re not a big corporation.
We’re your neighbours.

From Serving Pizza & Coffee to Serving Communities
Before First Class Facilities existed, our roots were in hospitality. Our founders have owned Panago Pizza (Duncan & Mill Bay) and the Duncan Garage Café & Bakery — both places built on good service, good people, and taking care of your neighbours.
When we stepped into the sanitation and septic world, we brought that same spirit with us.
We didn’t think, “How do we run a septic company?”
We thought, “How do we make people feel taken care of?”
Every clean trailer, every pump-out, every service call is shaped by that mindset. We believe friendliness, consistency, and respect make all the difference — whether you’re a construction foreman in Langford or a couple planning a wedding in the Cowichan Valley.
Proud to Be a Vancouver Island Company
We know the roads, the weather, the people, the businesses — and we care deeply about all of it.

Real People, Real Conversations, No Runaround
When you call us, a real human answers the phone.
Someone friendly. Someone local. Someone who cares about solving your problem quickly.
We don’t believe in complicated contracts, surprise fees, or confusing fine print. What you see is what you get — honest service, clear communication, and a team that treats you with respect from first quote to final pickup.
A Team Built on Kindness, Opportunity & Fairness
We are incredibly proud of the people who make up First Class Facilities.
Our sanitation company team is built around:

Inclusion & Supporting equity-seeking groups
Local hiring
Fair wages
Creating real opportunities
Caring for Our Communities — On and Off the Job
Being a Vancouver Island business means supporting the communities who support us. That’s why we proudly give our time, resources, and energy to programs like:
– Cowichan Valley Youth Services
– Nourish Cowichan
– CWAV (Cowichan Women Against Violence)
– Other local youth, food security, and wellness initiatives
These aren’t just donations — they’re commitments.
We want to help make the Island stronger, safer, and more supported for everyone.

Our Commitment to the Environment
We love this Island, so we take our environmental responsibility seriously. We reduce our footprint by:
– Offsetting fuel with local carbon credits
– Using AI route planning to reduce emissions
– Purchasing soaps and sanitizers from local Island vendors
– Handling all waste with environmentally safe processes
We want to leave Vancouver Island just as beautiful as we found it — maybe even cleaner.
Our Trusted Manufacturing Partners
We’re picky about who we work with — because the equipment we choose directly affects the experience our customers receive. That’s why we partner with established, reputable manufacturers known for durability, thoughtful design, and long-standing industry expertise.
A Sanitation Company Built on Heart
At First Class Facilities, we’re not trying to be the biggest sanitation company — just the one people feel good calling. We’re here to deliver clean, dependable, first-class service with honesty, warmth, and true Island pride.
Whether you’re a homeowner, business owner, contractor, event planner, or RV traveller, you deserve a team that shows up, does great work, and treats you like a neighbour — because that’s exactly what we are.
From Duncan to Nanaimo, Victoria to Parksville, and every community in between, we’re grateful to serve this Island and the incredible people who call it home.
And we’re just getting started.
